I charge £150 an hour for all commercial work although this can be flexible depending on budget and project.
My background is fine art photography, which I studied at Central St Martins, London. I am a naturally creative person with a great eye for detail. I've a very discreet approach towards documentary photography, which is very important when trying to capture the raw energy of an event. I move around the crowds, quietly observing and watching. My photography will compliment your story, giving a strong impact, which will attract attention. It is thanks to my experiences that I am able to produce striking images that capture the emotion of the event.
There are many links below to various events I have covered but I also photograph many weddings too. For photos of these please visit www.gillthomas.co.uk.
Having been professionally trained in fine art photography, I have a very natural and creative eye. Products will be thoughtfully placed and positioned, with great attention to detail and lighting.
Your products can either be photographed on location, (after 20 miles travel expenses are charged at a rate of 40p per mile) or if you would like to, you can also ship the items, (depending upon the size and how many) that need to be photographed to me.
I photograph all of your products in RAW format and you receive the final images as high resolution jpegs. All will have gone through a rigorous editing process and have received professional post production work, clearing up an unwanted scratches or marks. Images are usually sent via WeTransfer, Dropbox or by disc.
