This job took place just before Christmas. Big Issue had contacted me just a few weeks before with an urgent commission. The brief was to capture a variety of festive themed photos with Sarah Rimmer, a Big Issue street vendor. The photos were to feature in the editorial of the My Pitch page and Contents page of the Christmas edition of the magazine.

Although Sarah was a little nervous at first, we took things really slowly. She appreciated my patience and it paid off - by the end of the shoot she told me how much fun it had been. I also took some extra shots of her with her dog, Luna, for her own personal use, by way of thank you. All the backdrops in the photos were selected by me.
